 AXLES  (standard)

TONGUE & HITCH

  • 2 1/2" Lunette eye, 42,000 lbs. capacity
  • 3/8" x 36" long galvanized safety chains with safety hooks to match trailer GVWR
  • Extendable tongue is attached to trailer with removable, bolt-on collar with greaseable roller for easy extending and retracting

 A-FRAME & JACK 

  • 8" structural channel A-frame tongue supports set on offset for increased strength
  • Drop leg jack at front of A-frame (12,000 lb. static load capacity)
  • Drop leg jacks (12,000 lb. static load capacity) on extendable tongue for dropping full load of poles

MAIN FRAME 

  • 10" x 6" tubular steel main frame
  • 12" x 8" receiver tube for extendable tongue
  • 10" x 4" tubular steel crossmember under rear bolster

FENDERS

12 VOLT WIRING SYSTEM 

  • ICC & DOT approved lights and conspicuity tape
  • Sealed beam, rubber mounted stop, turn, tail and marker lights
  • S.O. cable wiring harness run internally wherever possible. External wiring is clamped on 16" centers with rubber lined clamps
  • Wiring harness is terminated in junction boxes
  • Wiring connections are soldered and sealed with heat shrink tubing
  • Extendable tongue is wired internally with 6-way receptacles at each pin location
  • 36" wiring pigtail with 6-Way aluminum die cast plug terminated at junction box
  • 6-Way aluminum die cast electric socket (Truck Side) in rear butt tube for light bar hook-up
  • Breakaway kit with absorbed glass matt (AGM) battery & trickle charger

PAINT 

  • Trailer is completely sandblasted
  • Seams are sealed with paintable caulk
  • Rust prohibitive two-part epoxy polyamide primer
  • Two-part acrylic polyurethane topcoats (standard colors: white and safety yellow)

All attachments painted before assembly and installed with serviceable fasteners

 CARGO BED OPTIONS 

  • 12 gauge steel floor with 10" x 10" perforated sections for drainage and clean-out

 REAR SLIDE OUT EXTENSION 

  • A rear slide out 5" double "C" bolster with 21" lever lock stanchions
  • Slide out option adds 12 ft. to the overall length of the trailer (71' overall length)
  • 8" x 4" rear slide out tubes

 OPTIONAL LIGHT BAR  

  • Standard BBT Light Bar:  Includes (2) oval rubber mounted sealed LED beam lights (stop turn and tail); (3) center ID marker lights and two side marker lights.  Light bar is attached to the pole with an adjustable ¼" chain and wingnut.  Standard electric cable length is 25' with 6-Way Aluminum Die Cast Connector  (longer electric cables are provided for longer capacity pole trailers
